Great value for an amazing location
September 1, 2015Really amazing value for the area, 5 mins from the beach, 10 from town center. Only apt on this side of jax that fit my budget. Quiet neighborhood, moved in 5 months ago and had zero issues with neghibors, other than the occasional sat night loud speaker guy. Every apt complex has that guy. Nbd. Very spacious apt and had no pest problems. Gym, pool, the usuals. No outside space for the apts is a con, so are the older appliances and finishes. Apt management is super nice and pretty laid back. Had ...to remind them of issues a couple times, but got any issues taken care of after asking a second time, their busy so that's understandable. Overall, a decent place to live for families, good schools (I have a 3 yo and a 10 yo), but the price makes this place a steal.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Location, Great Price!
July 21, 2015Spinnaker Reach is about a 15 minute drive from Jacksonville beach. Also, the nearest hospital is about 2 minutes away. Pricing is very reasonable. They recently re-paved the roads and the community is beautiful and uniform. Very nice office staff. Sometimes it takes a while for maintenance requests to be fulfilled but otherwise this is a great place, Ive been here for almost 4 years now and have no intentions if moving my family elsewhere.
