March 11, 2021When our neighbors do laundry, our entire apartment heats up and our dryer gets covered in moisture from the heat. Spring ridge offered us no solution to this problem. Our water temperature fluctuates between extreme hot and extreme cold with out warning during our showers. Spring ridge offered us no solution to our problem. Prior to move in we were told the apartment would be deep cleaned. It was not. There was old dried up food in multiple cupboards, glue on the floor and counters left over ...from construction. In our first month we have already had a package stolen as well. Lots of little issues that management chooses to ignore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Mixed experience
September 5, 2020It’s okay but they rushed the renovation on the apartment and we have been living without light in the bathroom for weeks! Not to mention, there are cockroaches and the living experience hasn’t been as great as advertised.Review from Apartments.com
