BEWARE
December 8, 2021Smells like ground beef that’s been left out in my apartment since the day I’ve moved in. The gym also smells like BO. When I complained the management told me that I should try getting covid so that way I don’t smell anything at all. The maintenance guy creeps me out and the water pressure sucks. Great Apartments
June 10, 2019I have lived here for 3 years & I have to say that the only issue I have ever had here were some other neighbors who have since moved out. These apartments are great and I just renewed my lease. I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, my new neighbors are awesome and the location is good too. The outlets and Ikea are really close and so is the interstate. Beaches aren't far and if you don't feel like driving the pool is pretty big and well kept. This place is a NIGHTMARE. .
March 26, 2019A lot of the atmosphere at spring water is summed up in a few words ...VERY SNEAKY. The office staff has no problems with telling lies and trying to rip people off with fees that wasn't mentioned on lease or the month before... The place just doesn't have a comfortable feeling at all.... There dog crap all over the place. No parking and even if park in visitors they will still tow people's cars. That place is a NIGHTMARE..... NOT WORTH THE HIGH COST.Property Manager Responded

The Brook
June 5, 2018Moved in last summer and unfortunately am moving out due to timing. Apartments are slightly higher in cost then others in the area, but you get every dime back in customer service, maintenance, and amenities. Catherine and Akira at the front desk are fantastic, very friendly, welcoming, and there to answer any questions or resolve any issues you may have. Tommy the maintenance guy is super helpful and polite, and you can tell he cares about the quality of living of the residents both when ...doing maintenance in their apartments but also ensuring the property is always visually appealing. I had an issue where I was locked out of my apartment and he came and unlocked it for me promptly late at night, about 11am, on a Thursday. The apartments themselves are nice, very spacious with great appliances and design. None of the apartments came with ceiling lights or fans, but they do have outlets in both the living room and bedroom that are controlled by the switch, and the electrical wires are connected to the additional 2 switches that go up to where the ceiling fans would be. Most importantly, the other residents are pleasant to live with. I'm thankful to have made some good friends just with the people that live near me. Other side notes: In the absolute perfect location, where everything you need is within 5 minutes drive. I would leave an hour and a half early for work on NOB and still be able to make it on time, regardless of the traffic rush. With no slowed traffic you can drive to the gates of Little Creek in 10 minutes, NOB in 20 minutes, and NNSY in 20 minutes as well. There is a small crime issue where some cars get broken into, but I haven't had that happen to me and haven't seen it personally. My downstairs neighbor had it happened to him but that's all I know of. Parking can be brutal sometimes, where you may have to walk past a few apartment buildings to get home at night, but you don't have to park outside of the fence unless you want to. Conclusion Personally I don't want to leave, but as I mentioned before timing has pulled me away. That being said when the moment presents itself I plan on moving back. If you can afford the price tag that is associated with living here, you would be foolish to go anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

Where do I start?
March 7, 2018There are so many awesome things about this complex, I don't know where to begin! Spring Water is a gorgeous community with one of the most lavish pool areas I've seen. From the saltwater pool to the cabanas and daybeds, you feel like your at a resort. The grounds are neatly kept and maintenance is on top of their "A game" 24/7. I've lived in several complexes before and the service you get here is outstanding on all levels. The office is warm and welcoming and the staff always says hello ...when you walk in the door. If you're looking for a clean, beautiful complex with impressive amenities and outstanding customer service, look no further. Love my apartment
September 8, 2017My husband and searched for awhile to find a place that had everything we wanted. The staff was effiencient and helping us with our decision. We moved in mid August and I can tell you they came and fixed the small list of things wrong the very next day. Awesome !!!! The only problem we have had is the amount of dog poop on the grounds. I know they have a policy in place for this. So I am hoping they can get this under control. I don't blame the staff for this. I am a dog owner and would love to ...play with him in the dog park without stepping in others people's pet poop. Spring water even provides poop bags through out the community I don't understand why people don't just use them . Spring water will be my home for a long time. Thank you for all you do.!!!! Great place with an excellent staff
June 20, 2017Moved in a few months ago and Kat and Megan were really helpful and made the move really easy since my wife and I had to go back to FL after visiting. Apartments are really updated and even come with a washer and dryer. Amenities are really cool too. They gave a 24 hour gym, a bowling alley, free coffee and stuff in their business center, a really nice pool/grill area that's open 10-8 and everyone that works there has been great answering any questions since we aren't from here. Love this place!!!
June 15, 2017I love these apartments! The staff- including both the leasing office and the maintenance crew are not only friendly, but timely and responsive to the necessities of the complex. The amenities are better than any other apartment I've lived at, and my family is obsessed with them every time they come to visit. Paying the price is well worth it with all you are provided with once you move in. The gym is open 24/7 which is great for me considering I have to be at work by 5 am. My dog loves it here ...almost as much as I do! There's a dog park for him, treats in the leasing office, etc. The price is not bad when looking at similar apartments near by, that do not offer nearly as much as Spring Water. The location, right in between the beach and Norfolk, makes it a very easy commute to anywhere you need to go. There is a great atmosphere that is consistent from the first time you walk in the club house, I highly recommend looking into living here.Property Manager Responded

Highly Recommended!
June 15, 2017This is our first apartment rental in many years, and we are very happily surprised how nice this is! Our apartment is roomy, quiet, and was clean and shiny when we moved in. The manager and assistant manager, Megan and Cat, have done everything to make our move and our stay here a comfortable and pleasant experience. Spring Water is well lit, nicely landscaped and maintained; Tom and Pete in Maintenance are prompt, efficient and courteous. Not moving anytime soon!!!
May 2, 2017I have lived at Spring Water for 3 years and love it. My apartment is beautiful and I love walking my dog around the complex. At times I have had issues with other renters littering but the maintenance guys do an amazing job keeping the complex clean!! April 25, 2017I love Spring Water Apartments! I am so excited to have moved here. The girls in the office are always so nice/helpful and always make a point to speak to me even when i'm just stopping by to grab a treat and some water for my dog on the way back to my apartment from the dog park. The maintenance guys are great too. They are always out and about and always smile and waive when I see them on their golf carts. There is a 24 hour gym here which is a life saver so I can come home to my dog and walk ...on over without having to be away from home too much after work. I can't wait for the pool to open up. Couldn't imagine living any where else!!!
April 25, 2017I moved in two months ago and love it! I have lived in several different apartments in Virginia Beach and the Chesapeake area but Spring Water tops them all!!! I adore our apartment, the fitness center, and the staff is wonderful. Maintenance has always been an issue at other apartments we've lived in but not here so far.
