Don’t accept a first floor unit
August 23, 2022My apartment has flooded three times in under two years due to poor upkeep of rain drainage pipes and sloped floors. I’m shocked that my particular unit was ever considered habitable as even my neighbors are aware it’s been an issue for several years before my time.Property Manager Responded
