Overall, the Springs at Arcadia is a really nice place to live. The staff here are wonderful and always answer questions and take care of any thing that needs attention immediately. They do a great job at providing fun events for everyone to attend.

The Springs of Arcadia has been a great place for us to live while deciding where to purchase in the area. The yards are maintained nicely and 8f any maintenance issues arise, it's taken care of immediately. The staff are incredibly kind. The prices to lease here are rather Steep ... it would be nice if it was a little less per month.

All the staff at the Springs of Arcadia are awesome. Relocating your home can be a very scary thing. We relocated from another state and The staff here has made this such a smooth transition. From touring the springs, the application, insurance and utilities set up Kayleigh and April were there for all my questions. They really made the move a lot smoother than I thought. When we came inside there was a welcome basket with lots of goodies. It was such a nice welcoming touch. The house ...

is beautiful and we are so excited this is where we start our next chapter.

The Springs at Arcadia is a perfect location to lease while determining where to buy. It's in a very good area along with high rated schools. We are looking forward to being here for the year and may end up purchasing in Arcadia. If it stays clean and nicely managed, I will definitely continue to recommend this community for leasing ... temporarily or long term.
