I moved from Michigan a few years ago and they brought me in like family. The apartments are nice and they are often quick on getting things fixed. I moved to GA a couple years ago for a job opportunity and after that didn't work out, The Springs of Lake Jackson brought me back in.

I applied for an apartment and never heard back from them. Funny thing was I had tried to call several times, but guess what their phone was disconnected. I work odd hours and the manager showed me the apartment before they opened.I left work early and stopped by the office the following week to cancel my application and they refused to refund my $250.00, they claimed it was in the contract that I only had 3 day's. I asked to see the contract and to be shown where it stated this, but upon ...
review, they couldn't find it in the contract. It has now been 8 months and I still have not gotten my refund. I thought they were a reputable company but renters beware! Debra Frank .

I wouldnt recommend this property

I have been living here for the past 11 months and it has been a adventure. They have new owners or whatever and while the people in the office are very polite they do not get anything done. Maintenance has came for a issue and said they would be back to fix it and of course never came back. Been to the office twice about the problem. Also, the bug infestation is horrible. I was told my apartment would be sprayed on Thursday 2 weeks ago and no one ever showed up. You feel like you are in jail ...
because you cant be outside and BBQ or drink(they will assume your drinking alcohol no matter what u are drinking) on your own patio, or even have people over without the office putting a note on your door about complaints and evictions. They have a cop who "patrols" the property.
