Nice place just inconsiderate neighbors

The apartments are nice and the manager is very friendly. The area is also very nice being next to a creek and a trail.The only problem is we have been living here for a year and there has not been one single day that my upstairs neighbors dont let their children run around all day stomping and jumping the loud noise scares us out of nowhere and i have an infant who tries to sleep that cant they always wake him up. We have already talked to them and they keep doing it. It is very inconsiderate ...
and ridiculous how long we have been putting up with this. We were told when we moved in that they were quiet above us since the 1st day we moved in they started stomping at 12am and letting their car alarm go off infront of our window at 6am. Wouldnt want to move from here but seriously who else can deal with this ?

Decent place to live

The apartments are nice and the manager is really nice and welcoming. She just needs to put out notices about a speed limit, people picking up after their dogs and neighbors need to be quiet after certain hours and considerate of the neighbors underneath them. I have been living here for 6 months and my upstairs neighbors have been disturbing us the whole time. It is hard to sleep at night or even rest during the day they always stomp and make noise. They have a child that is constantly running ...
back and forth and jumping up and down on weekends, it never stops. They also put their dog on their balcony and it pees and drips down to our patio on our stuff that is just ridiculous and unacceptable. I don't think anyone will even want to put up with that if they lived below them. They don't even care that we live below them all they do is make noise 24/7 no one will want to rent this apartment if this continues. And we have complained about them already and nothing changes. It is unfair to our child who cannot sleep at night or even play outside. It wouldn't be so bad to live here if they would just stop being so noisey and considerate of us but they aren't.

Excellent place to live!

I have lived here for about 4 months and I absolutely love my apartment! The office manager Linda is so sweet and welcoming, and Mathew the maintenance man is very helpful and gets things done quickly. It's a very peaceful complex with a great view of Mt. St. Helens and we often see bunnies and deer from our balcony!
