    The apartment complex is quite and drama free. I love living here. Although it could use more space for kids to play . The office team is very and always willing to be help.

    Overall, my experience has been good; however, there have been several ongoing issues that have been disruptive. The air conditioning has not been working and has been out of service for some time. Additionally, there is a roach problem that has not yet been resolved. The laundry room washers and dryers are available, but they are not functioning properly.

    Ariana over and beyond for my family she was warm and friendly we can't thank you enough , We were able to get approved immediately and got keys same day which was crazy she was swamped it was crazy busy I don't know how she does it but yet never once we felt ignored this was the best leasing experience

    Where do I start? From mice to bed bugs to roaches to mold these apartments have all of them. Bedbugs can be dormant for a while so give it a bit they’ll start coming out. The appliances are infested with roaches like inside the fridge and when you cook they come out of the oven and stove. The patio doors dishwasher and walls in bedrooms have mold and will cause respiratory issues. There’s never hot water and when there is hot water it’s brown. When you call in work orders it will take months to ...
    years. We had a leak in the dining room our carpets were never cleaned and the hole was never patched up the whole time we lived there. The electrical is so bad it caused our dinning room fan to smoke and the light would flicker we couldn’t use our dinning room light for 8 months. Our kitchen plugs would shock our fingers when we plugged stuff in. And the mail is a whole big issue that’s never resolved. If you get packages through USPS expect to never get them. They will return to sender and you can’t access the mail room all hours of the days. The office has to let you in to get mail and they decline all packages. The post office will tell you this complex is just problematic. The office staff don’t communicate with each other they will all tell you different things and never get back to you. There’s mice in all the apartments and outside in bushes. You see them just walking around during the day. The laundromat never have working washers and dryers they also have mold and bedbugs. And when I was going through the comments I was surprised to see some of their office staff and maintenance team leaving good reviews to boost this complex to trick ppl into thinking tenants are happy and satisfied here. Such a joke! I Lived here for longer than I wanna admit. 5 years. Just run. They have updated some units with tile and stainless steal appliances but those still have roaches and bedbugs. The plumbing is so old good luck not clogging your toilet. Outside is horrible. The dog park is filled with piles of poop it’s never cleaned. There’s dog poop all over the complex no one picks up after their dogs. Ppl let their dogs walk with no lease. So many times I had to grab my dog and pick her up because dogs not on leashes were running up on us. Ppl doing dr*gs in the laundry room. The list goes on and on. It’s not worth what they are charging.

    Don’t be fooled with the good reviews after living there for 5 years most of the good reviews are their staff and maintenance. We are familiar with any of their names. This apartment is filled with roaches bes bugs and. Maintenance team that fixes things temporarily not to fix the problem. Theres rats and mice in the bushes and inside tge apartments. Theres mold and the appliances are infested too.

    I just moved in and so far everything has been great! Ronald was very helpful throughout the process — he showed me different apartment options and made all the paperwork really easy. The place looks like a great community to live in. The hallways can feel a bit warm and sticky, but once you’re inside your apartment it’s super comfortable and quiet.

    God awful experience. 10/10 would definitely not recommend living here. I genuinely cannot wait until my lease is up. You can literally be respectful and unproblematic and the office staff will slander you for trying to communicate. It is beyond repulsive the way that the staff treat the people who come in to address genuine concerns for improvement. I would definitely recommend other complexes for those looking to move here.
