Update 4/7/24: I just renewed my lease for the 6th year and for good reasons! I am a very clean and picky person, so annually I inquire w/other complexes & compare. Whether it be market price or amenities, I end up staying because St Croix, being a smaller complex offers nice size units & certain amenities indoor/outdoor that you are NOT going to get or will have to pay extra for elsewhere (ie: water, fireplace, W/D, balcony). It is nicely maintained & quiet. Location is GREAT & convenient! We ...
are in the middle of everything everywhere! My experience here thus far, has been very pleasant. I have not had any problems with neighbors, in fact most of us here keep to ourselves. We have a lot of military too. I have not had any issue w/management & when maintenance was required, it was resolved in a timely manner. Keeping it real, anywhere you go you will have tenant(s) that may not comply, but management here will resolve/enforce. As tenants we should be diligent in continuing to keep our small community safe, clean, peaceful & enjoy coming home to!

St Croix apartments is a very nice place to live and close to everything for your daily life. Office staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests with my two senior dogs. I would highly recommend this place if you want to feel like home.

While moving is never easy, or fun, the staff at St. Croix are very helpful. We were in a crunch finding an apartment for our daughter returning from Richmond, and Venus & Ariel made it happen! The apartment has been recently renovated, cleaned, new carpeting, patio blinds as well as a new patio door, due to damage caused by a mower. The maintenance team, Shauntell and Garey, are very quick to respond. Garey has been especially helpful with some little one-offs that we experienced on day one. ...

St. Croix apartments were wonderful during the year and a half I resided there. The unit I loved in was renovated and every guest complimented when visiting me. Ariel was always helpful and welcoming. The property is well maintained and whenever I needed something fixed Gary responded the same day. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing place

I am new in town and this is my first apartment, it has been a great experience thus far and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Ariel helped us a lot, specially during the move in. The complex is at a perfect location not too far from the interstate and the town center. The neighborhood is nice everyone seems to keep to themselves and not bother anyone I live peaceful here and I'm loving it. I would definitely suggest this to any family looking for a place.

I have communicated my move while overseas for the last three months and I honestly can say it has been a great experience. My move in went very smoothly. I was worried because of the Covid19 pandemic but I can see that staff is very helpful and adaptive to handling all issues. The front office is very friendly and punctual. Maintenance is quick. I LOVE the location of the property - the gym is well maintained. I would recommend living here,

Was looking for a place while stationed in Japan and Ariel was AMAZING! She is very friendly! The staff customer service overall is phenomenal!! Maintenance people are great as well. I gave St. Croix Apartments 2 stars due to the condition of the apartment and parking. Attic door is cut short so closet stay cold & my front door you have to slam for it to completely close. Almost makes me feel unsafe because I fear the door can be easily kicked open. Not sure if door is warped, but I feel air ...
from the front door and window in living room. Parking really sucks. I recommend assigning parking spots to tenants ( like number the spots) so tenants can park close to their residence versus tenants parking in front of leasing office and having to walk to their apartments. It’s located close to shopping areas and I love that.
