This apartment is a great deal. You cannot beat the price and location. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend St Regis.

I absolutely love my apartment. It flows with the merge of beautiful architecture, awesome views, radiant heat and great restaurants within walking distance. I believe the benefits far outweighs the cost. We have Google fiber so you can live comfortably here paying only a very low electricity bill. The only thing I would grade a C is parking, otherwise everything is beautiful. Hope you can find a unit in this beautiful vintage masterpiece.
