Huge apartments, great price, and stellar location!
November 29, 2021We lived at the Stanley Terrace Apartments for two and a half years before moving into our house, and it was honestly hard to leave when it finally came time to. The apartments are massive with huge walk-in closets and ample storage space. The building is quiet, and the pool is nice enough but is rarely used, making it great to relax at in the summer. Our unit was newly remolded before moving in so everything is very clean. You don't pay for water utility (or heat, which comes from the ...baseboards), so you only need to pay for electric and internet. The new property manager is a big improvement. Location couldn't be much more ideal... super quick access to the interstate and Hwy 100, food or nature an easy walk away, and Hyland recreation area an easy bike ride or drive away. Only downside to this apartment is shared laundry on each floor, but don't let that hold you back. I wouldn't hesitate for a second referring a friend or family member to rent here! September 25, 2015we rented for several months before moving back to Arkansas. The experience was wonderful. Apartment was huge ,clean ,quiet ,friendly ,and secure. They worked with us on breaking our lease for the move. I would ask for another apartment if I should have to move back.
