Let me start by talking about Station Center Apartments features, first off this place does not offer residents High Speed Internet Accesservice (unless in the business center that's not open after hours), the is NO air conditioning available for residents only in the office and during the summer they shut all the air off in the hallways of the building. It is wheelchair accessible but not ideal for residents above the second for when elevators break down for weeks and they have to use the ...
stairs. And I know they say this place is smoke free but it always smells life Marijuana and urine from people urinating in the elevators. Now as far as the interiors, the business center is never open to residents who work but don't have computers and there is no clubhouse available to residents. The fitness & recreation is also a joke the gym is rarely clean the bathroom is always looked, the outside grill area and pool were poorly designed. The grill area is directly next to residents patio areas and because of this design blunder it has never been available for use, the pool was made exceptionally small and is not scaled to accommodate even 1/3 ofthe residents who live here at best it fits roughly 15 people comfortably. And to top it all off management is always changing and is unfriendly.

Station center in union city location is one of the best appartment in union city/fremont.Facilities they provide, staff services, interior decoration are not less then living in laxury place. there security camera are very help ful to save vehicle from damage / stolen. one man is always on board 24 hours to make sure provide any kind of help on time. station station center location next to bart. so who ever go to work by bart can catch bart on time. their janitorial staff keep clean ...
carpets,garbage room. also office staff invite every house hold person to come & share information if person has any issue; so can resolve issue as soon as they can.I mean to say over all facility really really nice!
