The apartment is kind of getting old and is having maintenance issues. The common amenities could be replaced. The rooftop heaters and TVs could have some guide on how to use them. The Fans and the heater on the rooftop dont work. The common Area music system needs to be changed to anything other than SONOS. Even a normal Bluetooth option would be better since SONOS has no option to play the music i want and has no good library of music too.

I believe you’re doing GREAT. However, some areas for improvement could be faster maintenance response. Making the TVs in the lounge more practical like updating it as it’s outdated.

I love it here. All of the amenities are well maintained, the apartments are spacious, and I feel safe here. We have a cleaning crew that I see constantly cleaning the hallways, the common areas, etc. and it really does show! One thing I needed coming from Florida was a bit more diversity, and I’ve absolutely found here; and every neighbor I’ve met has been kind.

Love it here! Just wish basic maintenance orders weren’t still sitting there since September. Community is great. Staff is lovely. I even enjoy the commute to work at this point.

Maintenance is a bit slow and they are slow giving us heads up on stuff. But overall, this is a great place to be. We are enjoying living here.

So far so good. Front desk has been great. Mark and james have been EXTREMELY helpful since day one . I had a little maintenance trouble and it was fixed same day!

Slightly improving. Five more notice to community events. Emails on a Monday night for events that week is far too short notice. People want to join but not enough time. Also, sort the weed smokers out. Public area on 4th/5th floor always smells
