I’ve lived at Steele Creek for 4 years and until this year haven’t had any serious issues with the management staff, however things drastically changed this spring. You’d think living in a luxury apartment complex would result in receiving amazing service however that is not the case here. someone to access and clean the mold the first go around and 43 days the second time around. I still have not received an update on when the remaining repairs will be done and don’t anticipate a response from the Community Director for at least 4-5 days since that is her typical response time.
Do not get caught up in the amenities as the majority of the time they are out of order. This includes the hot tub, ice machines and the elevators. I think the freight elevator has been out of order for almost 5 months at this point, potentially more. If you’re looking for luxury living, I can promise you Steele Creek is not it. The current residents will be fully transparent and let you know that they likely won’t be renewing due to the crazy high renewal increase of 40 - 50%, the service they’ve received from the Community Director and the faulty amenities.
