August 15, 2024I had a very helpful woman during my application. She answered all of my questions, helped me find the perfect apartment and I can see Pikes Peak from my patio! I looked at so many apartments I lost count. This was the only apartment I found with cheap rent and a view and it's close to work.Review from Apartments.com
Ridiculous
July 17, 2024I was trying to get an apartment for my son. We jumped through all of their hoops, and I sent in all of the documentation they requested multiple times. I was told multiple time everything looked great will get back to you shortly and they did not contact me shortly at all. Then they would ask for more information. Jump through more hoops. I have an 874 credit score I was co-signing for my son. This should not have been so difficult we started this process a week ago. Today I tried to cancel the ...application they said because they have been working on this for so long that they are going to keep my $200 deposit. This place was ridiculous to deal with no one talks to each other and then your stuff you send in doesn't get uploaded into their system, so you end up jumping through more hoops. I found another apartment and was approved within 30 minutes and now have secured a place for my son to live. This is the way it should be.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 14, 2021Stone Canyon has been a wonderful complex to work with! They are prompt to responding, extremely friendly, and incredibly flexible/accommodating! We are moving from out of state and was worried how the moving process may be. However, both Jindy and Brenda have been the absolute best to work with! The new management company bringing Stone Canyon into its glory days are doing a fantastic job! Not to mention we absolutely love the updates in our place! Also, no hidden fees like other places. Prices ...are really straight forward and very reasonable at that. I’d recommend looking into this place fast before the renovated units get snatched up quick! Terrible Experience
September 11, 2021The apartments are NOT what are advertised online. I am not sure how this apartment even passed inspection. The ceilings and floors are uneven, and one of our door frames was broken when we moved in. About 30 minutes after moving our things in we found STANDING WATER in the closet housing the heating and cooling unit. Also, our fridge light was not working and maintenance came to take a look, telling us he would work on getting a light bulb for the fridge. He did not take notice of the fact the ...entire fridge was not even on, and now all of our food is essentially inedible.
