Bad management and horrible communication
June 28, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comLots of leaking pipes in the garage. Constant water shut offs, and they do not say when it is okay to use your water again. Lots of inspections and often reschedule them. The hallways smell and there is trash constantly in the stairwells. In the apartment, outlets are loose, there is dried paint all over the carpet, and the floors squeak a lot. The people in the office are terrible at communicating and rude. Often delivering notes by sticking a paper in your door over email. Covid safety was a ...joke to them. They send out notifications about inspections or repairs last minute or an hour before the office closes. This apartment is not disability friendly and the bottom of the stairwells flood when it rains. Do not live here, the place is falling apart.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

February 28, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comStone Grove Apartments is the best place to live it's the cheapest place I found in Burnsville that don't over charge you. It's kid friendly and family oriented which is what I was looking for. The management team is great Mrs. Brenda and her staff are great and on top of everything and always helpful. Maintenance does a great job in getting things fix right away. I'm going to renew my lease in November love it here.Property Manager Responded

Worst Complex Ever
March 6, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWORST COMPLEX EVER! Car was broken in to 4 times, moved our car to in front of a camera, few weeks later other cars had their windows smashed in. Maintenance will go in to your apartment without your permission to "fix" things and they won't even be fixed properly; and that doesn't include the constant things around the complex that are almost always broken. Rent is UNGODLY high for the run down apartment that you get (most don't even have a dishwasher). Half the management is extremely rude, ...doesn't care about any issues that you might have (basically just tells you to "deal with it"), and they give you contradictory information depending on who you talk to and when you talk to them. Don't live here unless you want to have the worst living experience of your life!Read More

Management and owners do not care and wpolice are here almost daily it used to be daily bit i think the police are even giving up on ot. My monthly bill is never consistent and theres a charge for everything. I would love to move to a decent place but am forced to serve out my year in this aweful place beware and check carefully before moving in you have been warned . There is mold in my walls and water on my floor daily with no resolve . I would love to say ...more bit not worth my time.Read More
