Terrible Community / Decent Living Space
May 23, 2024If you expect your neighbors to be decent community members, this place is not for you. The apartments themselves are nice and have the appropriate amenities, but don’t expect to use your windows. People smoke non-stop on their patios. There is zero awareness from management for anything anyone is doing. Especially their favorite tenants. Constantly, dogs are off leash and the owners frequently are running/screaming/chasing/crying after their out of control dogs who they willingly let off leash ...time and time again. There is also a huge problem with people in the trash areas—constantly. The neighbors here are completely unhinged too. People will scream and yell and let their dogs bark for hours on end with no awareness for their neighbors at all hours of the night and day. It’s very disappointing. Awesome Management/Perfect Place
July 25, 2018Within an hour of making a deposit at another location and was completely dissatisfied by the staff, as well as the location of the unit they put me in (being that I requested a downstairs unit and they actually signed me up for an upstairs unit and didn’t even tell me), I drove around to take a look at where the location of the unit was and found that it was an upstairs unit! Frustrated and discourage as I’d been looking for 2 1/2 I went back and picked up my deposit. Drove Across the street ...to this location to which Heather was amazing!! From the second I told her what I was looking for, to the signing of my documents and picking up my keys to finally moving in… This was a breeze! She treated me like an actual person (not a number/tenant)! I feel comfortable, at peace, and at home here. It is a quiet area, quiet neighborhood, and the few tenats I’ve met are really sweet and very neighborly! I drove past this place a couple times months ago ... A Great Place!
November 14, 2015My boyfriend and I moved here almost three years ago from Newport! From the beginning, the management has worked with us every step of the way and made things very convenient. We've lived peacefully here for almost three years and counting while increasing our family with another dog. I enjoy how dog friendly this complex is and they supply dog bags at every dumpster. I love the design of the apartment, which is light wood trim inside. It's very quiet and people are very nice and friendly. I ...believe that you get what you pay for. Excellent Management
August 12, 2015Went in to get more information about these places and ended up not being able to beat them! They are located in the perfect place, dog friendly, and treat you like a person instead of a tenant.
