BEWARE
January 26, 2018THIS IS A TRAP! Holes in walls Staircase collapsed twice They don’t salt WHAT SO EVER In order to get anything accomplished you MUST FILE A COMPLAINT ONLINE WITH MAINTENANCE. For them to come 2 weeks to 1 month later. And still never fix the problem. Roadants Squirrels in attics Poor half done finishes In apartment Overpriced. Office staff VERY unprofessional and not useful once you’ve signed the lease. The staircases and hallways are DIRTY!! Disgusting. The front door does not lock ...properly. Draft in all openings of the apartment. Front door/ balcony, causing ComEd bill to skyrocket. I witnessed a pregnant lady fall because of the lack of salt. Police are outside ALL of the time but when you call them because you smell marijuana they tell you to contact the property manager. Maintenance never comes to your home when you are there they wait until no one is home. No security whatsoever. They make you sign you lease before viewing your actual home. They act like visitor passes are gifts from gods. THEY TOW TOW TOW!!!! They WILL TOW your car and visitors car. Laundry on site is disgusting and kids are always playing in them. THIS IS A TRAP! HORRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE!!!
October 19, 2017I lived here less than a year and it was HORRIBLE! The management was really nice when you signed up but after that couldn't care less about anything. The police were there just about everyday due to domestic disputes, thefts, vandalism, you name it - I also lived in the building with a drug dealer but management wouldn't do anything about it - I moved out and they told me to "have a nice day" after I told them about the drug dealer AGAIN. I would not recommend this place to anyone...the ...rent is way too high also and the hallways and laundry room are gross! April 29, 2016Not a clean subdivision they need better security in the apartment the neighbors are friendly but are very fearful and but some do need assistance when package comes in and they should have assistance. The rent is ridiculous for the room that you have the appliances are old and the stove smells like there is a gas leak when you turn on the oven the doors to the apartment is not secured. August 2, 2015I found my apartment on apartments.com and I have been living in this apartment for the past year now. It's conveniently located close to the highway, close to services such as stores, and also includes a pools, workout center, and laundry unit. The space and size of the apartment is perfect for me as I live on my own. The neighbors are friendly as well. I would highly benefit from the free rent for a year because I am currently struggling financially due to various reasons. I have found a new ...job and am working, but being single isn't easy with the bills in this day and age. August 1, 2015I called last night because our water was shut off and didn't know why. He told me there was maintenance to be done somewhere in the building. I had no notice or anything so maybe it was a leak and they had to shut it off. I understand. When the water came back on my sink had almost no pressure so I called again. He told me to clean out my faucet and that he didn't have time to come by and fix it. So I fixed it myself. Last year someti.e my a/c had some problems and I called them. They asked if I ...cleaned the filter for the a/c I said no I thought that was maintenances job to maintain the equipment and they said it was my responsability. I said OK and I pulled the front fscreen not filter, and it was perfectly clean. I called back and told them they asked if I cleaned the second filter. I asked them what second filter and she told me that all a/c units have 2 filters and I should be able to clean them. So I told her that I cleaned the front screen and the only other "filter" is a desiccant bag on the inside of the unit and it is not servicable. So she sent the maintenance man and they replaced my unit. When they installed it they leaned it towards the I side of my apartment and the condensation ran inside onto the carpet. I told them and they drilled holes on the bottom of the unit. It still leaked inside so I called back. 3 days later he shows up and pushes my account up and says that should fix it. It didn't so I lifted it put a towel under it and that temporarily fixed the problem until I move. Don't live here
July 25, 2015Worst place I've ever lived! $900 for 550 Sq ft is outrageous. Our property got bought out by Rockwell Partners and it has been nightmare after nightmare. First they changed our locks and made us by our new keys at $6 a key and had to have a copy of lease to get new keys. Then we had to pay extra for another car to park in the parking even though we signed with people on the lease. We had a broken handle on our sliding glass door and they came out 3 times to fix it, it's still broke.Review from Apartments.com
