This apartment complex is extremely disappointing and concerning. Management repeatedly fails to address any serious resident issues and supports an environment that effectively encourages hostile and threatening behavior between residents by refusing to intervene or enforce community rules. Multiple complaints regarding resident conduct and maintenance issues are always submitted and consistently ignored. When concerns were raised, management either dismissed them outright or claimed they ...
could not get involved, even when safety is at risk. Additionally, the complex engages in false advertising. They promote after-hours support and availability, but in reality, this service is nonexistent when it is actually needed. Emergencies and urgent issues go unanswered, leaving residents without assistance. Overall, this property lacks accountability, responsiveness, and concern for resident safety. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to look elsewhere

My Stonleigh Place Home

I Love My Apartment. I Love how big it is. The hot water is a keeper, maintenance workers are friendly and sometimes it takes a little longer to get request done but it gets done. Parking is Great, Quiet neighborhood. I can’t complain. I’ve been here 3 yrs. Office Personal is nice and friendly.
