StoneRidge is a beautiful complex located at the top of the hill on Alexandra Drive in East Roseville and surrounded by several high end gated home communities. It will be 2 years in mid August that we've been at StoneRidge and are very pleased with our apartment and the overall community. The grounds are always meticulously maintained and our immediate neighbors are cordial and relatively quiet. The management team are personable and are very responsive to any repairs we request for the
...apartment. They are also good at putting together community activities to encourage tenant interaction. My only suggestion would be to have the property owner invest in apartment upgrades. The apartments are nice, but a few additional upgrades such as Granite counters, wood flooring, newer appliances, crown molding, etc. would make these apartments exceptional. There are other apartment communities in the Roseville area who have invested in these type of upgrades. They may be surprised to find that people would be willing to pay a little more in rent for the nicer upgrades. Overall, it's an apartment community I'd recommend to anyone.
