February 22, 2021I have lived in the apartments. Correct this is STRATA 99 thats a nice first surprise. Everything is streamlined which makes it easier to move around. I love having a smart home it is amazing to be able to I have your doors locked from your phone. I would highly recommend anyone to come and take a look and look around and see the streamlined Way the apartments are laid out. January 21, 2021The townhouses are modern and look great. Lots of room in them and affordable. However, the heating system does not work and we have had to call maintenance multiple times to come out. It is freezing in our townhouse half the week.Property Manager Responded
