    Overall issues with boiler Of course we have very cold winters but the current boiler has broken down two or three times already this winter. Unacceptable.

    Don Don did an exceptional job! Not only did he install our dishwasher quickly, he loaded it with our dirty dishes, started it, and cleaned out our sinks. He left us a thank you note. Best experience we’ve had at these apartments. Thanks, Don!

    When we entered the unit there was a fridge in the living room, carpets dirty, low lighting, a sink without a bathroom in one of the bedrooms, the bathroom was absolutely dirty with dirt in the tub and bathroom vanity was full of dirt we had an issue with the fact that pest control was apart of utilities it makes us question if you have infested units. On top of that the gym and pool area was gross definitely not worth the price you have to pay. Photos weren't the same as in person

    Work order These reviews would be more helpful if the work order number or information was included. The replacement of the glass in the sliding glass door was completed. I think it was completed correctly. The workers were respectful and worked to complete the work quickly.

    Tranfer from apt to townhouse It went really well! Kaliyah was so incredibly helpful and nice per usual. The house reeked of cat pee upon entry which was odd for new carpet. But i have cats and cant handle the smell so i did my usual clean and no pee smell anymore. . One of my cats caught a mouse inside and brought it to me. Whicb was gross but at least i have pest control. We havent really had anything too bad just some weird folk and kinds scary creepy that the office cant do anything about. ...
    They tell you to call the police. I dont like that. I feel like i could sue the office if something happened when they were made well aware of some situations. . And now that were in the townhouse now i have to go theough a whole entire different pet thing for my esa animals. And my daughters too. The website is a pita but whatever its what we can afford . Personally im happy with being able to get in and work with kaliyah. And ms jennifer. They both are wonderful. Yes short staffed they may be but they they do try.
