Great little place for one

In all of my time living in Orlando this was my absolute favorite apartment. It's just the right size for one person with smaller appliances which kept my utility bills exceptionally low. Office was very helpful and always quick to fix any problems, which I honestly rarely ever had. Only complaints would be that I didn't like that the washer and dryer in my unit were in the bedroom as I normally like to throw a load of laundry in before I go to bed (I understand with the layout of the place ...
though, it was the best option and I was glad to even have a washer/dryer in my unit at all). The noise from the road in my unit was a little much at times, but I was in the very first building so that is to be expected and it honestly never was exceptionally bad. Biggest problem is that there is virtually NO storage. I never really looked like I completely moved in because I still had boxes everywhere my entire stay. The price is good and hasn't really changed much throughout the years. Definitely much better than any of the surrounding apartment building where you can't find a unit for less than $1000. Only reason I moved was I needed to save money so I got roommates. (Huge mistake. If you can afford this place stay there.)
