April 19, 2023I have lived here for over 10 years and this property has gone down here so much in the last two years. Constant problems with the management ? There has been numerous incidents with armed robberies, break ins, and even a homicide on the property. They are very slow with maintenance requests and are constantly cutting the water off. With no warning. The rent keeps going up!!! They are towing cars for no reason and they don't care who they move in!!! Just want their money ? October 9, 2015The people in the office are very helpful at times, maintenance request are completed usually on time but sometimes they do need a reminder. the reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water is shut down a lot for maintenance. if you have kids it's a great place to stay because there a lot of kids playing outside in the morning but after about 8 p.m. it's quiet no one is hanging around outside. the updates they did to the apartments are great for the electric bills.Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015YOU CAN ACTUALLY WALK OUTSIDE THIS GATED COMMUNITY AND FEEL SAFE. EVERTHING YOU COULD WANT IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. CAFES, RESTURANTS, GROCERY STORES, BANKS. THE STAFF IS GREAT AND THE AMMENITIES ARE AWSOME. BUT THE BEST THING IS THAT YOUR NEIGHBOORS ARE SO FRIENDLY.
