I have contacted them many times at different times of the day during their business hours. They never ever answer their calls. Calls always get forwarded to their answering service and when you leave a message you will not get a call back. After 2 weeks of calling im yet to speak with the rental office. Unprofessional and poor business operations I tell you.

Horrible experience from the property manager, and leasing consultant. They were rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Applied back in December 2016 when they were building the property. I was approved. Paid my sercuity deposit in full. I kept checking in to see when I was moving. No move in date for months. I get a call in early May almost five months after my application process to come in to update my info. I do they tell me I dont make enough, and denied my application. Meanwhile the ...

refused to accept one of my jobs as income, while back in December they accepted both jobs. Property manager then returns my deposit, all while giving my apartment to someone else. Property manager never notified me of change in income for the complex. Never notified me anything on the apartment until almost five months in the application process. Knowing an application is voided after 120days, but instead of saying that they come up with a reason to deny me. They put me back in the waiting list. If they do call to move in I would gladly decline. Treat your future tenants with respect.
