Today around 12eish i pull up to this place to apply for a apartment, I know you cant go by the way the outside look but being someone new to the state to!! I would NOT live here.
the way the grounds look, tore up blinds, trash
i work to hard to pay and come home to something like that. so i never got out the car and found the same rent price 7 min away....

Infested with roaches and wasps, per landlord tenant act they are supposed to spray every month for bugs since it's a multi housing unit, they spray when you move in and never again. They do nothing about the bugs...

The Mice and Roach infestation is ridiculous. They’re everywhere! No matter what you tell office personnel they’ll say “oh well we’re back to a farm”. The apartments have so many issues. Criminal rates are horrible where they allow just anyone to lease because they want the occupancy to be up.

I recently moved in, I was referred by a friend. I love how much space I have plus a real working fireplace just in time for winter! Grounds are clean, maintenance is the best I've seen in 10 years of apartments living not to mention office staff being very courtesy and helpful, would recommend!

I moved in about 2 months ago and am very happy I did. The staff is friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable from the very first time I visited the property. I had a leak in my sink and called the maintenance staff and they responded immediately. They were friendly and fixed the problem right away and I haven't had any issues since. The grounds are kept clean. I am very happy I moved here and I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment to call Summer Oaks. I plan ...
