Not good at all
November 17, 2024They slow when it comes to fixing anything in the homes an specially when you move and told your receiving your deposit bck they takes months to give it back when it should only take up to 30 days smh these are not a good place to lay your headsProperty Manager Responded

Love the transition
March 28, 2024The community is under new management. The changes that are taking place are to improve the livelihood of the residents. We now have monthly activities for the kids. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Manager has a open door policy. The team listens to our concerns.Property Manager Responded

Convenient and Affordable
August 13, 2015Summer Hill Apartments are both convienient and affordable... They are specious and accessible... They are located at a central area on the east side of Las Vegas. They are near elementary, middle and high schools. Convenient city bus route... They are also pet friendly and the staff are very helpful... Something goes wrong, and maintenance is there as soon as possible! I've lived here for over 5 yrs and not one complaint!!!!Review from Apartments.com
