WORST PLACE EVER
May 11, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comPlease don't come here, it is the worst place to live. Management sucks, they lie and never return your phone calls. This states they provide hurricane shutters yea right.... you are lucky if you get one slide for one window, people you are literally on your own.. This place is sooooooooooo filthy, they never fix anything right and bubble gum the "so called" repairs... Lourdes where are you!! She at least cared about her tenants. That lady forget it... She's rude and condescending. She's ...never there and if she is she ignores your complaints. RUN AS FAR AWAY as possible.Read More

They maintain a beautiful, pet friendly, affordable living space within walking distance to a beautiful Florida Beach! Just step outside and smell the beautiful Sea Air!

August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMy apartment is okay. My room is not. There are ants along the back wall where my bed is located. The carpet is dirty. My roommates make me do all the cleaning. The location is not great but its livable. I would rather move in a place where I feel comfortable living and not worry about having to lock my own door. Thanks for you time.
