August 14, 2023I Love where I live it’s spacious and quiet people friendly the rental office they are very professional friendly and productive they are very helpful with your needs and concerns If they are busy you can leave a message they will get back to you within 24 hours they have great amenities and good parking they keep the grounds cleaned they are kid friendly and also pet friendly the Maintenance department is very polite get the job done if they have to order parts they will come back the next day ...and fix the problem I would recommend these apartments to family and friends!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

DISGUSTING
May 18, 2021I've regret living here since the first day I moved in, its a disgusting filthy place. The office staff has zero customer service and maintenance takes weeks to acknowledge your complaints. I cant express how much I hate living here and i'm literally counting down the days until my lease ends.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Customer Service
August 5, 2020This place has the worst customer service in the world. From the front office staff to the maintenance manager. If you want to wait weeks to get an issue fixed then come here. If you don't want to feel safe living in your apartment then move here. Today I got yelled at by the maintenance manager because he didnt want to take the time to check to make sure my issue was resolved after 2 and a half weeks. He told me that if i was still having an issue to put another ticket in. Mind you, this was ...after he removed my smoke detector and told me he didn't know if he could replace it today or tomorrow because he had other tickets that were more important. I'm not a lawyer, but in most states its illegal not to have a smoke detector in the house or apartment.Property Manager Responded

Worst place I have ever lived
July 28, 2020This is the worst place to live especially if you have kids. This place has rude customers service from the front office staff to the maintenance. If you place a maintenance ticket they will come up with every reasons not to fix your issues. Yesterday I had to go to the hospital because the maintenance team smoked out my appointment trying to fix my stove when I put a ticket in for my oven. Not to mention they didn't even open windows to try to air out my apartment. To this day my oven has not ...been fixed so I have to continue to pay for take out and now a hospital bill for breathing treatments. When I called the front office about it I got yelled at and told me there was no issue. If I had to go to the hospital clearly there is an issue.Property Manager Responded
