Not a nice place to live!

I am friends with several residents in this property who are refugees. Management is impossible to get a hold of. The pool is not cared for, the laundry room is used as storage - not available to tenants. Their maintenance company has very kind phone representatives, but no one ever comes to fix anything. Many apts. do not have functional air conditioning. I have personally witnessed cockroaches crawling up the side of a kitchen cabinet. Some roofs are covered with tarps, the wood posts ...
that frame the balconies are rotting in some places. Overall, it looks and feels like a dump! Shame on the owners and management for taking advantage of people who can't afford a better place!

If you enjoy the company of rats roaches and bedbugs with trash all over the place. Poor plumbing frequent visits from code enforcement this place is for you!
