Horrible Environment
June 23, 2025This apartment complex is a complete nightmare. The pools have been green all year, the hallways are always filthy, and the outside grounds are constantly unkept. The front door to my building hasn’t had a handle in months, forcing residents to prop it open, which is a major security issue. Thomesa, the property manager, is rude and dismissive, especially when held accountable. On top of it all, there are mold-infested units that management refuses to take seriously.Review from Apartments.com
Can you give less than 1 star?
August 1, 2024Black mold everywhere in apartment and halls. Water leaking on kitchen floor from the walls that they won’t fix and hallways floods. Took 6 months to get air conditioning fixed. Floors are cheap vinyl that tears so you’re guaranteed to lose deposit. They use a rotating temp team in the office so you’re dealing with new people on said issues all the time. The lease is absolutely designed so it doesn’t matter if you have these issues, you’re screwed and have to deal with them. Almost forgot! Gnats ...from the black mold and a pretty serious cockroach infestation! It’s bad enough that I let the spiders live so hopefully they can contain the issues since the apartment won’t. Oh! And entrance doors are broken so homeless folks come and camp in the hallways during the winter! Enjoy your new roommates if you move in.Property Manager Responded

The pictures are a joke
February 23, 2023Why Im looking like oh these are really nice and looked at the address…I noticed i lived here before with a roommate. Nothing like the pictures at all lol this is Grade A false advertisement. Roaches real bad there, the community washing a dryer do not work at all, but they charge for it to be use. The staff sits on their phone all day as if they could care less. The place is truly a hot mess sorry not sorryProperty Manager Responded

Don't let the pictures fool you
February 17, 2022This is one of the worst apartment complexes in the area. They raise your rent without even notifying anyone. It says one assigned parking space in the description but that is not true. Other people Park here that don't live here and then you're the one that gets towed. I would not recommend this apartment complex. Mice are in the apartments as well as other bugs and you pay for Pest Control. No Wi-Fi air conditioning units are in the walls old school as well as the Heat. Office people who are ...not willing to help.
