August 9, 2015The pricing is great. It includes all utilities except electricity. Pest control comes every Tuesday, when requested. To chill during the hot temperatures there's a pool that accommodates everyone. The 1 bedroom 1 bath has a very spacious bedroom, restroom, and closet. Front office can be a bit iffy. New manager trying to be strict.Review from Apartments.com
