Excelente lugar para vivir un área muy tranquilo , limpieza por las áreas verdes , no se ve basura fuera de los contenedores lo que hace que se vea más bonito el complejo , los departamentos están muy buenas condiciones no hay filtraciones y lo más importante no hay chiripas o cucarachas ?? no hay es una de las cosas nos preocupa al momento de mudarnos pero recomiendo este lugar ?? enserio que si ?? felicidades tiene muy bien cuidado y administrado

Not much good to say. Yard work is awful, the trash is disgusting, I have to pay for valet trash that I didn't even want, and they don't even come consistently. No rules for our individual trash cans being inside. The entry ways into the apartments look disgusting.

Summit at Salado creek COULD be a great place to live in, when the staff remember who they work for. Office staff needs better communication skills, fix internal issues with their miscommunications, and train staff on customer service and professionalism.

I absolutely love it here with summit at Salado Creek, it’s very peaceful here, people are nice, dogs are friendly, parking is easy and they have visitors parking too, trash is taken out 5x out the week, spray for bugs comes out monthly , rent is good rate , I love the utilities and if I have a problem they are quick to come. The front office loves to help and make everything easier. Thank you Summit, I love it here.
