Thanks for checking out Sumner Square Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed community in Sumner, WA. Sumner Square is a small condo community of up-scale modern homes. We are conveniently located in Sumner, close to highway 410, retail and entertainment centers and are only blocks away from elementary, middle and high schools. Our units are large with open floor plans, modern kitchens, gas furnace and water heaters, washers and dryers and one-car garages.
