Poor Management & No Safety

No Safety!!! There is a homeless guy living in our apartment compound. Living in the stairwell around building 1, he can manage to get in somehow, although stairwell are locked. Every time I saw him, he has beer bottles in his hands. It has been a few months already. I've been reporting to the leasing office so many times, but they have never done anything! Last two week ago, I called apartment security for him, but no one came EVER! When I called again, the staff from leasing office said 'just ...

call 911' !! I can't believe it.
