June 7, 2022My dryer has been broken for 2 months I have put in a work order no one has came too look at it I called the office the lady at the office said they don’t have any maintenance men working at all . Also the police is here every day removing homeless people .the parking here sucks there is no assigned parking. My bath tub been cracked for a month no one came to look at that either just the way they treat you is not worth living here take your living else where.Review from Apartments.com
NOT SAFE AT ALL
December 7, 2021My girlfriend and I have lived here for roughly 4 months. The units themselves are nice, but the complex and location is poor. Down the street the is a gas station where every homeless person in a 10 mile radius hang out, and as a result during all hours of the day (mostly night) there will be homeless people loitering in the complex and at times I have even caught them shooting up drugs on the property. I’ll see them sleeping on ground level patios, and even once I seen a woman peeing inside a ...patio. Packages are stolen regularly. anytime I call security, they either don’t show up for a while or they don’t do much and I’ll see the same people back doing their same business again. I have only seen security do rounds once at night. Never see them any other time as they are not on site 24/7 I’m constantly running out the homeless and my girlfriend can’t walk the dog or take the trash out in broad daylight without a complete stranger approaching her or following her. They have small signs stating not to park backwards in open spots, yet there has been an abandoned van in the same spot since we moved here with notices on it and never towed. Two semi trucks park in the fire lane for days on end right across from the fire station. And several other cars parked backwards in open spots including my truck before I sold it and nothing is ever done once about it. My girlfriend parked backwards one time and they towed her car immediately and cost $140 to release and management showed no sympathy and stated it was out of their control. We have emailed about the transient problem and vehicles in the fire lane and how she doesn’t feel safe when I’m not around and all they said was “call security” I’ve talked to other residents and they said license plates get stolen and even the catalytic converters on resident vehicles, patio furniture as well. Absolute ridiculous that the property doesn’t do anything about this. People loitering in their cars in the parking lot and they don’t have resident or visitor passes, guess that doesn’t matter. My truck when I had it was broken into and $2K worth of tools stolen, the complex as not cameras what so ever. You’re not safe even in your own home cause the transients will wander all the way to your front door and hang out or sleep and some will follow you or be tweeking and just wander in the complex. If you want to live in this part of town, get a apartment in a gated complex. Absolutely not worth the the money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
December 3, 2019Staff and personal ate curious. They have great events for the tenants and their children. Grounds are kept clean. Apartments are very big and as far as I've seen no bugs and I've been here since July. Weather your a parent with kids or single its a nice place to call home.Property Manager Responded

Keep Looking
September 5, 2015These apartments are the worst. They are Cockroach infested. When you request for them to spray no one ever shows up. The pool is always closed and we are told its a privilege for us to be able to use the pool the few times it's actually open. I wouldnt refer these apartments to anyone ever.
