About Sundance Townhomes
Come enjoy quiet living at Sundance Townhomes! Our friendly gated community is within walking distance of Arkansas State University and many local restaurants. Our townhomes are very clean and are refreshed annually and are perfect for student living. We are family friendly too. We aim to create a true community living environment for you and your new neighbors. All our open units are freshly remodeled two-bedroom bath and one half 800 sq ft townhomes. We have sixteen buildings made up of duplex’s triplexes and one quadplex. Sundance accepts section-8 vouchers. We athear all HUD rules and regulations as well as Fair Housing Rules and Regulations Act and all requirements of the American Disabilities Act (ADA). We are a Certified Member of the Crime Free Multi-Housing Association sponsored by the Jonesboro Police Department Quality of Life Unit. Move in after the 21st of any month and get the remainder of the month free with the next month’s rent, applications fees and deposits paid in advance. All rent payments are due on the 1st or the first business day after the first. All our units are equipped with washer dryer. Cable and high-speed internet with Wi-Fi are provided with the lease. We have on-site maintenance personnel to take care of all issues to keep your apartment functioning as you would expect. We provide online payments with a debit care or using your checking account to pay online. We offer rental insurance through our online tenant portal. We provide monthly pest control and consultation by a qualified pest control service to help you live in a clean and safe environment. Safety of our tenants is a priority.
