HORRIBLE APARTMENTS

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX IT IS NOW MANAGED BY CAM!!!!!! I have lived here for 2 years now and never had a problem now that CAM is managing it I've had nothing but issues. It has taken me 2 weeks to get an air filter for my apartment and when they finally did give me one not only was it the wrong size whoever installed it cut the sides and bent it to get it to sit in my ac unit. There has been an alarming amount of foot traffic and the gates are never locked anymore so anyone off the streets ...

can just waltz in. I can not wait for my lease to be up so I NEVER have to deal with them again!

This advertising is very faulty, for starters. They have not had Saturday hours for several months. This site also says that they are smoke free. The truth is that it is very difficult to find any area of the complex that does not reek of smoke. Rather than mentioning all the things wrong with this place, I would strongly suggest doing research, as this complex has had code violations (terrible/no lighting in essential areas for extended periods of time, as well as ...

inaccessible/non-functioning gates). In addition, there were bedbugs here, and the management lied about it to prospective tenants. A complaint has also been filed with the Maricopa County Environmental Services.

Let me clarify... The units are smoke free, we can not stop any person from smoking outside of their units. This comment was posted by a disgruntle tenant of whom we chose to non renew the lease.
