From bad to worse

This place used to be nice place to live, but recently it’s going to trash by poor management. People smoke weed in and around the units , smoke goes all inside apartments and your constantly breathing odors of marijuana. The units are remodeled with the cheapest material. If something breaks good luck getting them to fix it, I’ve submitted multiple requests and nothing has been done completely ignored. This place had so much potential but was completely thrown to trash my poor management. ...

Construction equipment all around building making it a safety hazard for all the kids that play outside.

Pool is always dirty... Don't worry about not finding your keys...Front and back gate never lock. Parking gateway is always broken... People drink is the parking lot like if it were a club. Very sad what this place has turned into.

Everything you said was true from the previous owner. We came into the building in late 2016 and have fixed and improved the following things: painted each building, added artificial turf, redid the asphalt parking lot, removed the cinder block wall at the end of the parking lot and added a new fence, removed trees and bushes that were damaging the buildings, replaced the rain gutters, added an additional water heater to each building and added a main water shut off valve to each building. We encourage you to come and take a look! It's a whole new Sunnycrest Canoga!
