Disgusting place DONT RENT.

Place is filled with roaches and mice and the management does nothing about it even after being fined by the city several times. Don’t waste your hard earned money here you will be disappointed with the disgusting living conditions, the garbage and dog poop filled grass/walking areas and the poor management who are okay with their tenants living in filth.

if i could go lower then a 1 star i would. this place is awful the complex is infested with roaches the lady at the front desk failed to mention anything along the lines of that when i moved my "beautiful Renovated" unit the carpet had bubbles in it the floor had blue marks left from the maintenance men not cleaning up after themselves from gluing the carpet down... the area is full of thieve and people offering to sell you drugs every corner you turn ive had multiple maintenance request sitting ...
in for weeks with no contact back..they like to leave little notes on your door stating pest control will be buy to spray for bugs but they never even show up we are going on weeks of that charade please stay away anywhere is better than here

Dont waste your money

Its a new owner almost every year. The most current owner is a Liar & she is CHEAP!!! They tell you things that are not ture just to get you out their face. They DO NOT fix problems, just patch them. There is RUST in the water!! & they dont regularly spray for bugs and when they do, they use something as cheap as HOME DEFENSE!!!...Dont waste your time or money!!! You'll be sorry you did!!!

Unexpected service and interior quality

First off, our apartment is a two bedroom two story town home. It's large rooms and bathrooms are great. We have our own balcony and porch areas. When we moved in, our apartment was very clean and the staff was helpful. The only negative issue that I noticed was that the steps going to our upstairs rooms were a little narrow.

I have never felt that I could talk with management about the things going on in the complex but not here at Sunnyview. You have an issue or concern they are on it, this is the most quietest and cleanest complex I have been in, we have children living there but you would not be able to tell. I love it here and the apartment is very spacious.
