September 18, 2023Summerfield era muy bonito vivir aca antes todo era muy bien ya tengo años viviendo aqui y ahora esto es asqueroso sucio nadie limpia nada los drenaje estan llenos de agus y nadie puede llamar a la ciudad para que les limpie te quejad con el nuevo manager y el no hace nada desde que el llego esto es un desastre es horrible la picina siempre sucia las uvas que caen de alli por el lago eso ests horrible de uvas nadie limpieñs por favor hagan algo bien caro que pagamos para vivir bien y que nos ...salgan con estad cosas dijieron que venian nuevos dueños k todo seria mejor mentiras y mentirad cada dia es peor y peorProperty Manager Responded

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME
May 25, 2022I moved here three years ago and things just are getting worse. I would rather things how they use to be but I understand times have changed. When I first moved here it was roach infested, but the move in process was really easy and fast so I jumped on it. Anytime something broke or wasn’t functioning properly I could count on Maintainence to come fix it wether it was their own way or the right way(by replacing it)and pest control came on a monthly basis or even sooner by request. Now the place ...is even more ran down the washers don’t work, the pool has a health department violation on it and management sucks to the fullest. When things break maintenance doesn’t come instead they either give an excuse to how many work orders they have or mark it as a completed job which is unacceptable. Especially for the huge rent increase. Management lies about everything and over steps boundaries by involving themselves in things that doesn’t involve management and I feel like if they focused on their job description everything would be better. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments at all as a place to live or call home.Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2018Never had a problem here. Love the office and maintenance staff. Price is great for area and size. There's no w/d but nice laundry rooms. Never had roaches. I feel very safe here. Me and my kids love it.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Quality , dirty , and rodent infested complex !
July 2, 2018No washer and dryer, no club house , pool is filthy , and that added to the rent you are really paying more than some places in that same area per square footage and with more amenities. Roaches are crawling outside and inside of this place . Super duper lazy maintenance staff . Very nasty property management company . Aggressive tenants ! Drug infested place and I would not bring your kids or even live here . Take my warning and live elsewhere .Review from Apartments.com
Save yourself the headache and problems from crime
June 28, 2018This place is always dirty ! I lived here in the 1st building for over 2 years and the staff is sloppy and not prompt to cleaning the property. There is rats and roaches and don’t believe the pics they post , Drive by and you will see how bad it is . Crime and filth my entire duration of residency. The maintenance dept sucks and management ignores tenants . This is a horrible place to live and forget about if you have kids ... it’s even more dangerous. Summerfield Apartments
August 14, 2015When I was originally looking for places to stay it was a difficult process. The prices were too high and the rooms and overall living spaces were small and didn't appear functional for my family of 4. Upon finding Summerfield, the community is located in the perfect area. Its close to many great shopping areas and is very convenient.The community itself is very nice. Our apartment is amazing! Its spacious and offers us plenty of storage. I love the layout and functionality. Our property managers ...are very friendly and prompt with questions, comments and concerns. Maintenance is helpful and prompt I've also noticed them keeping our grounds in excellent condition. The grounds workers are present all day making sure trash has been picked up, the paint on the buildings always looks nice and fresh and they've provided great amenities. The kids in the neighborhood are respectful and their noise is pleasant. Its a great community and I truly do enjoy living here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 27, 2015After a tour and a view I immediately decided this was the cool stop for me. I had just became a newlywed and needed a place for my husband and I to rain. Therefore, coming to "Summerfield Apartment" served it's purpose. They sprayed when needed to, they fixed what was needed of!
