Each home also has a private balcony or patio. Community amenities include a community room and BBQ area, computer lab, playgrounds, onsite laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The community also has onsite management and maintenance. Other amenities include an onsite Head Start Center for early childhood education, and connection to community services. Sunset Creek is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, Jelly Belly Candy Factory, Scandia Family Center, and the Travis Air Force Base.
