Sunset Heights is close to everything and we enjoy calling it home! Nice pool, good neighbors. Clean older property with a nice feeling inside. The staff cares and goes above and beyond to fix any issue.

Clean, quaint little property nestled off Helen and 30!

I knew I was going to move to Sunset Heights the moment a drove by. The property looks great with the landscaping and ground maintenance that is done. It's always refreshing to come home from work to a clean property with a free assigned parking spot neat my apartment. The manager is pleasant even though she always seems super busy. The maintenance is knowledgeable and courteous. The apartment itself is in decent shape- the only downfall is the air conditioning system. You can only use your a.c. ...
during spring thru fall, and fall thru spring you can only use your heat which is unfortunate because of Texas weather. But nice finishes inside.
