They care only about $. They don’t make any regular maintenance. They will let you pay for everything when leaving the appartment.

DO NO RENT HERE!!!

Management is awful! I am currently seeking a claim against them in small claims court for a fee that they charged me because of a failure in their payment system! They refuse to remove the fee from my account even after I spent over an hour dealing with the rude office staff, who eventually agreed that it looked like the system was in fact incorrect. But after speaking with their "managers", they determined that they would still not be "able" to reverse the fee because their bosses determined ...
that it was in fact MY fault. Moral of the story, RENTER BEWARE! Management companies like these are as scummy as they come, and will do anything to make a buck! Do not rent at Sunset Summit!

Tranquil, yet Central

Rocklin is still something of an up-and-coming city, but there's lots to do as new businesses are moving in all the time. Other apartment complexes are noisy as a result -- you usually have to sacrifice quiet for being in the middle of things in the community. Sunset Summit is different, though. It backs up to a nature preserve, giving stunning views to about 1/3 of its units, including ours. It's always quiet and peaceful, whether we're hanging out on our balcony or lounging on the spacious pool ...
deck overlooking the preserve. And we're still just a few minutes' drive from shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It's truly like having our cake and eating it, too.

Happy Peacock Paradise

My current apartment has everything I've ever wanted in any of my past places I've called home. I have the best pool view which feels like I'm on vacation everytime I splash in and to top it off, a peacock comes by every morning outside my bedroom window and does a wake up call even better than a rooster! Wild turkeys also roam by the walk ways throughout my place...plain awesome.

I'm 26 years old and I'm dad of 4 children. I rent this apartment of 3 room for my family but we can't stay here any more because my children there play a lot in the apartment, the guy Downstairs complaint for all my kinds play to late and we ask for apartment downstairs to the manager and she just answer we need to move. I m very disappoint for this place because there races. :( we are so sad but We need to move in other apartment because I don't want my kinds cry just because there can't play ...
