Poor Customer Service
August 19, 2018I messaged this property through apartments.com to inquire about availability, cost, and amenities. I received no response for about a week and then received a text message on a Saturday that I had been scheduled for a viewing of one of their apartments the very next day. I found this extremely rude as no one had responded to my inquiry and I was never coordinated with to schedule a time (I even checked my junk mail to make sure I hadn't missed a response from them). To add to the irritation I ...work weekends so there was no way to communicate to reschedule as the text message came from an automated system. Unless you're desperate for a place to live I wouldn't recommend this place. Can't imagine what their customer service and response to maintenance requests are like if this is how they handle interested customers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
