It claims active living
More like a non-nursing home once you are here you wait til you die unless you got big bucks to spend on "their" entertainment they charge a monthly entertainment fee that covers nothing...not even snacks for Bingo.....no coffee cups for morning coffee mingle ..a taco on Taco Tuesday...a sandwich on wine down Wednesday...2 slices of pizza on pizza on pizza night...if you get there early enough before they run out of food
...for $30 per person!!!!! And it is BORING HERE

The Sunstone property management should be ashamed of themselves in the way they take advantage and treat their residents! My mother lives here and she has told me many occasions the disrespectful treatment she has experienced from the manager. To be told they are lucky to be living there and yet, the property is not taken care of, many residents have leaky roofs, non working heaters or a/c's, broken sprinklers, broken gates, inconsistent rent payments and I could go on. These are older humans ...
who deserve just as much, if not more, respect than everyone else. And they are wrongfully evicting people because their feelings got hurt. We are seriously thinking about contacting the local news and Better Business Bureau. Shame shame.

We’ve lived in SunStone Village for 4.5 months, and we love it! The residents and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. All the apartments (cottages) are one story and each has its own outside entrance and outside seating area. The grounds are well maintained and very pleasant with many mature trees and bushes. There is a very nice clubhouse with a large multi-purpose room for a number of daily activities for residents… entertainment, meals, happy hours, cards, movies, music, etc. The ...
big, well equipped fitness center has up-to-date equipment and offers a number of instructor-led exercise classes throughout the week. A beautiful media room has a very large screen and comfortable chairs. A large, outdoor pool is right off the back of the clubhouse. It is used for casual swimming as well as instructor-led water aerobics during warm weather. Next to the pool is a roomy area used for outdoor grilling and entertaining. The location of SunStone Village is extremely convenient for shopping, restaurants, medical, universities and entertainment. Pet friendly. This is an ideal home for 55+ Active Adults.

I have lived here for only 2 1/2 months but, so far, I have been happy with the feel of the community, the staff, the maintenance, and the people living in the community. Even though it is considered apartments, I like that everything is just one story and it looks like a little garden community. The staff and residents have all been friendly and helpful.

If you are expecting luxury and great customer service look elsewhere. The model and the landscaping up front look good, but don't be fooled. Once you sign your lease, they forget you exist. The best employee is the maintenance worker. I have been very disappointed.

The feeling of community is wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Less than 2 weeks after moving in my husband had a medical emergency and it was touching when several of our neighbors were offering to help and continue to check on his progress.

Attila Denton is a good place to live because of the other residents, but the management is poor primarily because of the frequent turnover of staff. The landscaping maintenance has been very poor in recent months. Carlos does an excellent job of building maintenance.

I love my home, I really like my neighbors and have enjoyed living here.. I do not demand much from the service but I would like to have the rats removed. I know this is a on going problem because of our location but they should be able to at least keep the rodents under control. I am NOT talking about mice; I am talking about rats.
