wish it was like before
November 24, 2015this used to be a really nice place to come home to but has gone down hill fast since the new management company Dick James and associates took over. the office staff is very rude and each one will give you a different answer to something. they have fallen way behind on maintenance and there have been several criminal issues recently. I have lived here for three years and had no issue but only three months after the new management company took over I am ready to leave.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2015the apartment it's self is fine. the appliances are really outdated. I have lived here sense 2013. people are our side late at night and play loud music. we need some kind of security people have stole off my porch and broken into my car. barley ever an open parking space. recently changed management to dick James and associates. I don't know why they did that the old management was great handled things in a timely manner. the new management doesn't speak English and doesnt seem like they know ...what they are doing. when I moved in my rent was $840. they raise rent to the market price every year, now I'm paying almost $1150. after only 2 years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015My Blairemore apartment is great - it is spacious and has all the amenities I ne ed such as washer dryer inside, central air/heat, dishwasher, and there is a pool, spa, workout room and covered parking. The only thing missing is peace...the walls are thin and neighbors upstairs have very noisy behaviour that knocks things over, bangs and even have somehow jarred the place so that pictures fall over on my bookshelf....I have to move because of the neighbors, but like the place otherwise. I would ...like to find a peaceful senior living place to live with quiet neighbors...I have lived with terrible noise and hours of it for more than a year.
