WONDERFUL Staff and Inside townhomes are so spacious !!

Im writing cause I had some concerns from what was read on the reviews. The ladies in the office are very kind and took their time with talking with me about renting. I heard management took over, (seems to be working) ! Im looking forward to moving in soon!! Spacious and has a basement and back door. Lots of apartments are so small. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Radney doesn't care about health and safety at all!!! HAS fleas!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They haven't treated property for fleas after 2 weeks!!!! Your families health matters but they don't think so!!!! Property is ruin down and not maintained at all!!!

Ive lived here a year nothing gets fixed took them 7 months to fix a broken window and i have a 2 yr old .. Maintenance flooded my apartment didnt try to clean up then told me i can use my lights be careful tho whil water was drippin off my light bulbs.
