The best apartment ever.
September 21, 2020This is the best apartment I've ever rented. I have 3 criteria and all are perfectly met by them — safety, cleanliness and reliable services. The area is safe to walk and close to freeway with adequate quietness. During COVID-19 protocol, the management office meticulously followed all rules and kept close communications with tenants; and they keep the buildings, hallways, common areas, and garages super clean at all times. I never have to call for any maintenance services as everything is always ...kept in great conditions. The bridge that connects the two buildings is unique and awesome. I enjoy walking over the interior bridge, which is HVAC-controlled, during freezing winter months and hot summer months to get to the gym room, which is another nice feature of the apartment. The management office staff are always responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. I cannot find one thing to complain about in this apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

We loved our apartment, the parking is convenient, the location is great for access to multiple restaurants and event centers, the property is clean and well maintained and the best part - all of the staff is amazing! There is so much to do and all within walking distance! The movie theater is nearby, amazing dining, and all the events that happen during the summer is an added bonus to all of the amazing amenities here. May 25, 2019Lived in Reno for eleven years, have lived in apartments and have also owned a home. By far The Bridges is the best deal in town! You get all your utilities included in the price of the rent, which includes internet, cable, electricity, trash and sewer, though I have the pay for water every 3 months it's cheap too! Also you have 24 hour emergency maintenance which is AWESOME! The buildings here are brand new, I've lived here for 2 months now and the staff is spectacular as well as the ...maintenance! The Bridges has a secured property with cameras and as well as an indoor parking garage too!
