Great place to live

I lived at The Willows for 6 months and I had a great experience. I lived at one of the ranch styles and the apartment was very spacious for me. Being able to park my car right in front of the door was a big plus. The only maintenance issue I had was a broken handle on my toilet and the maintenance guy fixed it right away. Gabriela was always helpful and professional. I moved out to be closer to family and got my deposit back. I recommend this place.

My husband & I have lived here almost 2yrs. It's so quiet here & our neighbors are very quiet & friendly. The msnager & maintenance are the best !! They will go above & beyond to make you happy ! We will be living here until we can buy a house .I will hate to leave !

This apartment community has two bedroom apartments with spacious rooms and closets. I have seen other apartments but they don’t compare the master room and second room space to The Willows’. I had a great experience with the community and with maintenance and office staff. If I would have to move in the future to the Grove City area, I wouldn’t think twice to return to The Willows.

Niether the parent company, Oakwood Management, nor the rental office gives a fig about their tenants. Maintenance is shoddy, no grace period for rent, and any dispute you have will always be ruled against you regardless of proof, the rent increases each year, and they don’t remove snow from the sidewalks. The only good thing I can say about The Willows is the walls are thick enough you can’t hear your neighbors.

Just moved out after buying our first home and I will miss this place so much! We were here for nearly five years and everyone was amazing to work with. Maintence was awesome and so professional. Gabby in the office was such a help when ever we had a question. The townhome we were in looked great and was perfect for us, and later, our first baby. They do great landscaping here too. We give this place an A !

These are not the most luxurious apartments you'll ever find with all the modern amenities and features. However, they are very well-kept older apartments at a fair price with fantastic management and maintenance teams. Great for young professionals or a young couple to start a family in. When I did my pre-move-in check of the unit, there were a handful of small issues I entered on the checklist. These were small things like one slat missing on the back door blinds, the light bulb being burned ...

out on the range stove and the weather strip on the front door being loose. When I came in the next day to show my parents the unit to get their thoughts, there was a slip of paper on the counter showing that all issues had been fixed. This was within 12 hours, very impressive. As stated, the management and maintenance are fantastic; fast, friendly and good at what they do. No complaints there. Also, the neighborhood is nice, no threat of theft or break-ins. I had lived in a house 4 blocks down the street for 15 years before moving out so I know the neighborhood very well and can say it's only getting better as the years go by. Kids are always out playing, people jogging and walking their dogs, no complaints. Another thing I really enjoy about these apartments is the parking. Some complexes have very specific rules on parking and it's very easy to get a ticket. Parking here is plentiful and first-come first-serve and there are always free spaces for friends and family to visit. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend these apartments for their fair price, great staff and good location (5 minutes to 71-N/S, 104-E, 10 minutes to 270-W/E, 10 minutes from Stringtown Rd which has everything you could need).
